Marketing Home Group for Trading Co. Announces the Results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting)

Marketing Home Group (Build Station) has announced that its Extraordinary General Assembly has approved the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends totaling SAR 24 million for the first half of the 2025 fiscal year.

This payout amounts to SAR 1.5 per share, representing 15% of the company’s capital.

Shareholders who own shares at the end of the trading day on which the Assembly is held—and whose names are registered with the Securities Depository Center—will be eligible to receive the dividends.

Dividend payments will be transferred directly to the bank accounts linked to eligible shareholders’ portfolios starting Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
